Integrated Shield Plans

Patients can be reassured that our clinic can assist with the claims for all 6 major integrated shield plans in Singapore

A MediSave-approved private integrated shield plan (IP), includes both MediShield Life and private insurance to give further coverage of your treatment costs. Withdrawal limits and out-of-pocket costs will depend on your specific IP. Do check with your insurer to verify the deductible amount, co-payment %, and rider details. Our care team will assist you with queries related to your cover.

If you are an expatriate or non-Singapore permanent resident/citizen and have an insurance plan that covers you internationally, please contact your insurer to obtain information regarding your medical coverage. Such plans will typically include BUPA/Cigna/Aetna.

We are able to assist to obtain a letter of guarantee (LOG) for direct billing arrangements with your insurer for procedures.
